Return Policy for Physical Purchases (Domestic and International):
The Acappella Company will gladly issue a full refund or exchange, including return shipping cost, for any faulty or incorrect product. If a customer would like to return or exchange any product that is in new (unopened) condition, we will issue a refund or exchange for the original order, but the shipping cost to return or exchange the product will be the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return or exchange product, please contact the office for further instruction before shipping the return. Return Policy for Digital Purchases (Domestic and International):
The Acappella Company cannot refund or exchange digital purchases.
Digital download purchases are delivered via email and cannot be downloaded directly into your mobile device music app, including cell phones and tablets. Digital downloads must first be saved to a computer used to manage your digital music library and then imported and transferred to your device with your required or preferred music management program.
